Method.
Candidates were identified using DIAMOND reciprocal best hits (RBH): SeedSet ↔ Target blastp,
filtered by E-value ≤ 1e-5 and coverage (qcov=aln_len/qlen ≥ 0.5,
scov=aln_len/slen ≥ 0.5). Best hit per query is chosen by highest bitscore
(tie: lowest E-value).
