Mutants show embryo lethal phenotype which occurs at pre-globular stage. May interact with TOR kinase in a rapamycin like signaling pathway. Interacts with TOR and S6K1 in vivo. Overexpression of RAPTOR1 rendered the S6K1 osmotic stress insensitive. 0
